摘  要:音乐电针疗法将音乐声波转化为脉冲电流,作用于人体的感官和经穴,是音乐疗法与针刺疗法的有形结合,多项临床研究表明对抑郁症治疗效果良好,但目前作用机制尚未明晰。根据抑郁症发病的“单胺类神经递质假说”“兴奋性氨基酸假说”“细胞因子假说”“脑源性神经营养因子假说”“神经内分泌假说”“神经肽Y假说”,众多学者分别从上调海马区5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA);脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF);下丘脑促甲状腺激素释放激素(Thyrotropin-releasing hormone,TRH);额叶、海马、下丘脑神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)表达水平;下调海马区白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)及白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6);兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸(Glutamic acid,Glu)水平等角度揭示音乐电针治疗抑郁症的作用机制。现将音乐电针治疗抑郁症机制的实验研究进展及存在问题进行梳理归纳,以期为未来音乐电针治疗抑郁症的实验研究及临床研究提供一定的启示和思路。Music electroacupuncture transforms music sound wave into pulse current and acts on human senses and meridians. It is a tangible combination of music therapy and acupuncture. A number of clinical studies have shown that it has a good effect on depression, but the mechanism of action is not clear at present. According to the "monoamine neurotransmitter hypothesis", "excitatory amino acid hypothesis", "ytokine hypothesis", "brain-derived neurotrophic factor hypothesis", "neuroendocrine hypothesis" and "neuropeptide Y hypothesis" of depression, many scholars increased 5-HT, norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine(DA) in hippocampus respectively, brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), hypothalamic thyroid stimulating hormone releasing hormone(TRH), the expression levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY) in frontal lobe, hippocampus and hypothalamus. Down regulation of interleukin-1 in hippocampus β(IL-1β) And interleukin-6(IL-6) and excitatory amino acid glutamate(Glu) levels to reveal the mechanism of music electroacupuncture in the treatment of depression. This paper summarizes the experimental research progress and existing problems of the mechanism of music electroacupuncture in the treatment of depression, in order to provide some enlightenment and ideas for the experimental and clinical research of music electroacupuncture in the treatment of depression in the future.
