摘  要:采用铁磁共振方法,研究了应力各向异性场对磁性薄膜铁磁共振性质的影响。结果发现:应力各向异性场的强度和方向会改变系统的难易磁化程度,并且在弱(强)磁场区域系统频率线宽会向低(高)值移动。随着应力各向异性场强度的增强,系统的频率线宽随外加磁场的变化曲线出现跃变点,即在此处磁化方向由反平行转向平行,且临界场将随着应力各向异性场强度的增强向强磁场区域移动。The effect of stress anisotropic field on ferromagnetic resonance properties of magnetic films were investigated by using the ferromagetic resonance method.It is shown that the intensities of hard and easy magnetization show remarkable change when the strength and direction of stress anisotropic field are varied.Moreover,the frequency linewidth in the weak(strong)magnetic field region will shift to the low(high)value.As the intensity of stress anisotropy field increases,a transition point is observed in the curve of frequency linewidth with the applied magnetic field.It indicates that the direction of magnetization rotates from antiparallel to parallel to the critical field.The critical field will shift to the strong applied magnetic field with increasing the stress anisotropy.
