摘 要:在山西臭冷杉自然保护区的臭冷杉林区采用固定样地法,于1800~1900m、1900~2000m、2000~2100m、2100~2200m和2200~2300m五个海拔梯度上设置了5个样地,对自然保护区臭冷杉林林下植物物种组成及多样性进行研究,为自然保护区臭冷杉林的可持续发展提供科学的数据支持。研究表明:臭冷杉林林下植物共有24科40属43种,其中物种数较多的科为菊科(Compositae)、蔷薇科(Rosaceae)、毛茛科(Ranunculaceae)、豆科(Fabaceae)和伞形科(Umbelliferae);5个样地丰富度指数R0最大值为18(A1样地),最小值为10(A4样地);5个样地的Shannon-Wiener指数和Simpson指数均表现为A5>A4>A2>A1>A3,Pielou均匀度指数表现为A5>A4>A2>A3>A1;5个样地的差异性表现为:Shannon-Wiener指数,A4样地与A2样地之间差异性极显著,与A1、A3样地之间差异性显著,其他样地之间均无显著性差异;Simpson指数,A4样地与A1、A2样地之间差异性极显著,与A3样地之间差异性显著,其他样地之间均无显著性差异;Pielou均匀度指数,A1样地与A4样地之间差异性极显著,与A5、A3样地之间存在差异性显著,其他样地之间均无显著性差异。Fixed plot method was used to set five sample plots at five elevation gradients of 1800-1900 m,1900-2000 m,2000-2100 m,2100-2200 m and 2200-2300 m in the forest region of Abies nephrolepis in Shanxi Abies nephrolepis Nature Reserve.In order to provide scientific data support for the sustainable development of Abies nephrolepis forest in nature reserve,the species composition and diversity of understory plants were studied.The results showed as follows:There were 43 understory plants species,belonging to 40 genera and 24 families.The five families with most species were Compositae,Rosaceae,Ranunculaceae,Fabaceae and Umbelliferae.The maximum richness index(R0)of the five plots was 18(A1 plot)and the minimum was 10(A4 plot).The order of Shannon-wiener index and Simpson index was A5>A4>A2>A1>A3,and the order of Pielou evenness index was A5>A4>A2>A3>A1.Shannon-wiener index showed very significant differences between A4 plot and A2 plot,and between A1 and A3.Simpson index in A4 plot was significantly different from Simpson index in A1 plot,A2 and A3 plot.Pielou evenness index showed that significant differences between A1 plot and A4 plot,and between A5 plot and A3 plot.
