摘 要:通过将粉煤灰、硅灰和磨细矿渣按不同比例掺配替代同质量的水泥,测试分析水胶比和矿物掺合料对硬化水泥浆体微观孔结构的影响作用。结果表明:较大的水胶比减小了各浆体的含气量、平均气泡直径和气泡间隔系数,增大了气泡个数和气泡比表面积,尤其是含硅粉的试样增加最多,水胶比的变化对累计气泡面积的影响不大。随着粉煤灰或磨细矿渣掺量的增加,含气量和平均气泡直径均有降低的趋势,且掺量越多,降低越多,硅灰刚好相反;粉煤灰对优化气泡孔隙结构有有利作用;硅灰的加入和掺量上升显著增加了气泡个数和累计气泡面积;气泡小但数量少的矿渣浆体比表面积最大;矿物掺和料的加入有利于水泥混凝土的气泡间隔系数的降低,与气泡个数趋势相反。By replacing the same amout of cement with fly ash,silica fume and ground slag with different proportions,the effects of water-binder ratio and mineral admixture on the microscopic pore structure of hardened cement paste were tested and analyzed.The results show that:the larger water-binder ratio reduces the air content,average bubble diameter and bubble spacing coefficient of each slurry,and increases the number and specific surface area of bubbles,especially for samples containing silica powder.The change of water-binder ratio has little effect on the cumulative bubble area.With the increase of the content of fly ash or ground slag,the air content and average bubble diameter tend to decrease,and the more the content is,the more the decrease is,and the opposite is true for silica fume.Fly ash is beneficial to optimize the pore structure of bubbles.The addition of silica fume and the increase of it content significantly increased the number of bubbles and cumulative bubble area.The slag paste with small bubbles but small number has the largest specific surface area.The addition of mineral admixtures is beneficial to the reduction of the bubble spacing coefficient of cement concrete,which is opposite to the trend of the number of bubbles.
