摘  要:以越橘‘北陆’为试验材料,探究不同时期喷施6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)对越橘叶片的衰老生理指标及内源激素质量分数的影响。结果表明:(1)初花期喷施质量浓度为50、100 mg/L的6-BA,盛花期喷施质量浓度为100 mg/L的6-BA,均能显著提高越橘叶片总叶绿素(Chl(a+b))、可溶性糖(TSS)和可溶性蛋白(SP)的质量分数及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度。(2)不同时期喷施质量浓度为50、100、150 mg/L的6-BA,均能显著提高内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)和赤霉素(GA_(3))的质量分数,而脱落酸(ABA)在6-AB质量浓度为100 mg/L时明显下降。(3)通过相关性分析得出,不同时期喷施不同质量浓度的6-BA后,内源激素IAA、ZT和GA3质量分数均与叶片中总叶绿素、TSS和SP质量分数及SOD和CAT活性呈正相关;ABA质量分数与抗氧化酶活性呈负相关,与MDA质量摩尔浓度呈正相关。初花期和盛花期喷施6-BA均能影响越橘植株的衰老,且具有明显的浓度效应,均在100 mg/L时效果最佳。Taking blueberry ‘Northland’ as the experimental material, the effects of spraying N-(Phenylmethyl)-9H-purin-6-amine(6-BA) at different stages on the senescence physiological indexes and endogenous hormone content of blueberry leaves were studied. The results showed that:(1)spraying 50 and 100 mg·L^(-1)6-BA at the initial flowering stage and 100 mg·L^(-1)6-BA at the full flowering stage respectively both could significantly increase contents of Chla+b, TSS and SP, SOD and activities of CAT and reduce contents of MDA in blueberry leaves.(2)Spraying 50, 100 and 150 mg·L^(-1)6-BA at different stages can significantly increase the contents of IAA, ZT and GA3, while at the concentration of 100 mg·L^(-1) of 6-AB, the contents of ABA significantly decreased.(3)Through correlation analysis, after spraying 6-BA with different concentrations in different periods, the contents of endogenous hormones IAA, ZT and GA3 were positively correlated with contents of Chla+b, TSS and SP in leaves and activities of SOD and CAT. ABA content is negatively correlated with antioxidant enzyme activity and positively correlated with MDA content. Therefore, spraying 6-BA at the initial flowering stage and the full flowering stage can affect the senescence of blueberry plants, and it has obvious concentration effect, with the best effect at 100 mg·L^(-1).
