摘  要:电流互感器(Current Transformer,CT)是按比例将大电流变换成小电流的设备,其接线极性的正确性直接关系到保护动作的正确性和电能计量的准确性.目前,电流互感器常用的极性测试方法为直流电源法,存在接线烦琐、费时费力以及准确率低等问题.设计了一键式电流互感器极性测试仪,基于直流电源法,通过无线通信技术实现测试相别切换和测试命令传送,借助可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)自动判别极性,通过触摸屏和语音模块输出测试结果.经过验证,该测试仪操作简单、准确度高,能够大大提高测试工作效率,可以广泛应用于电流互感器极性测试.Current Transformer(CT)is a device that converts large current into small current in proportion,and the correctness of its wiring polarity is directly related to the correctness of protection action and the accuracy of electric energy measurement.At present,the common polarity test method of current transformer is DC power supply method,which has some problems such as cumbersome wiring,time-consuming and labor-consuming,and low accuracy.A one-button polarity tester for current transformer is designed.Based on the DC power supply method,the test phase is switched and the test command is transmitted by wireless communication technology.The polarity is automatically judged by Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),and the test results are output by touch screen and voice module.After verification,the tester is simple to operate,high in accuracy,and can greatly improve the testing efficiency,and can be widely used in polarity testing of current transformers.
