摘 要:文章基于商用车控制器局域网(CAN)总线数据系统所采集的车速、发动机转速和输出功率比,结合车辆传动系统效率和迎风面积建立了商用车重量边界预测模型,实现对运行车辆最大载重的实时监控预测,便于不同细分市场应用车型的精细化设计。同时通过边界预测模型对某型4×2快递牵引车的最大质量进行预测,并与车辆实际最大质量进行对比分析。结果表明,在97.73%的置信区间内车辆的最大预测质量为37.9 t,与实际质量相差2.3 t,预测结果准确,具有较高的实用价值。Based on the vehicle speed,engine speed and output power ratio collected by the controller area network(CAN) data system of commercial vehicles,combined with the efficiency of the vehicle transmission system and the windward area,this paper establishes a weight boundary prediction model of commercial vehicles to realize the real-time monitoring and prediction of the maximum load of running vehicles,which is convenient for the fine design of vehicle types in different sub markets.At the same time,a certain type of 4×2.The maximum mass of the express tractor is predicted and compared with the actual maximum mass of the vehicle.The results show that the maximum predicted mass of the vehicle is 37.9 t within the confidence interval of 97.73%,which is 6.5% different from the actual mass.The prediction result is accurate and has high practical value.
