摘 要:清洁度直接影响自动变速器(AT)的性能和使用寿命,轻则引起变速器顿挫,重则因杂质堵塞造成变速器整机报废。自动变速器清洁度的因素有清洗毛刺不干净,灰尘,包装,装配环境等多方面的因素。如何系统全面分析影响清洁度的因素,从而科学制定清洁度判定依据,并采用合理的清洁度检测方法,对控制自动变速器清洁度,提高变速器整机性能至关重要。所以,论文从影响清洁度因素、控制方法、解决办法、清洁度标准的制定、检测分析手段、检测工艺流程和设备等多个方面进行系统分析,对了解清洁度问题以及系统解决清洁度问题起到关键性作用。The cleanliness directly affects the performance and service life of the automatic transmission(AT).If it is light,it causes the transmission to stall,and heavy,the transmission will be scrapped due to impurity blockage.Factors in the cleanliness of automatic transmission include unclean cleaning burrs,dust,packaging,assembly environment and other factors.How to systematically and comprehensively analyze the factors affecting the cleanliness,so as to scientifically formulate the basis for determining the cleanliness and adopt a reasonable cleanliness detection method,which is very important for controlling the cleanliness of the automatic transmission and improving the performance of the transmission.Therefore,this paper systematically analyzes the factors affecting cleanliness,control methods,solutions,the formulation of cleanliness standards,detection and analysis methods,detection process processes and equipment,which plays a key role in understanding the cleanliness problem and systematically solving the cleanliness problem.
