摘 要:从聚酯角度出发研究了聚酯酸值、黏度、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、相对分子质量分布和反应性对金属粉末涂料性能的影响,分别采用粒径分布分析法和扫描电镜表征了邦定前后粉末粒径的变化和银铝粉在涂层中的分布情况。结果表明:聚酯酸值、黏度和Tg对底粉和银铝粉的热黏结效果影响不明显,均可以取得较好的邦定效果;聚酯的熔融黏度、相对分子质量分布和反应性对银粉分布影响较大,熔融黏度较高、相对分子质量分布窄和反应性较快的聚酯更有利于银粉的上浮。From the perspective of polyester,the effects of acid value,viscosity,glass transtion temperature(Tg),molecular weight distribution and reactivity of polyester on the properties of metallic powder coatings were studied.The change of powder particle size before and after bonding treatment and the distribution of silver aluminum powder in the coatings were characterized using the particle size distribution analysis and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the acid value,viscosity and Tg of polyester had no significant influence on the thermal bonding effect of base powder and silver aluminum powder,and could achieve good bonding effect.The melt viscosity,molecular weight distribution and reactivity of polyester had a great influence on the distribution of silver powder.Polyester with relatively high melt viscosity,narrow molecular weight distribution and relatively fast reactivity was better for the floating of silver powder.
