摘 要:为提高热浸涂涂装方式中粉末涂料的流态化质量,通过对粉末涂料的粒径分布、颗粒形态、干流动助剂三要素的对比和分析,确定其对粉末流态化质量的影响规律。结果表明:在中粒径(D_(50))为70μm左右并保证低微粉含量与窄粒径分布,选取合适的颗粒形态和小于50%的填料量,添加0.3%弱亲水型的气相氧化硅作为干流动助剂的协同作用下,可以有效改善粉末涂料的流化状态,实现最优的流态化质量和最佳的粉液面平整度,所制得的涂层外观效果优异。In order to improve the fluidization quality of powder coating in the hot-dip coating process.In this study,through the comparison and analysis of particle size distribution,particle shape and dry flow additives of powder coatings,the influence of powder coatings on powder fluidization quality was determined.The results exhibited that the fluidization state of powder coating could be effectively improved under the synergistic effect of the medium particle size(D_(50))of 70 μm,low micro powder content and narrow particle size distribution,appropriate particle morphology and filler content of less than 50%,and 0.3% hydrophobic vapor phase silicon oxide was added as dry flow additive.The optimal fluidization quality and the optimal powder level flatness could be achieved,and the coating had excellent appearance effect.
