摘 要:无溶剂环氧涂料有施工简易、防腐性能优异等特点,深海环境服役的环氧涂料目前没有形成统一的防腐性能鉴定标准。通过借鉴熔结环氧粉末(FBE)成熟的评价方法,分析工况需求,研究了一款无溶剂环氧涂料的耐冲击性、孔隙率、弯曲性、湿附着力、阴极剥离、深海适用性等。结果表明:涂料各项性能满足深海环境需求,涂料在海底生产设施特殊管材和不规则部位有较好使用价值,成功应用于南海深水气田海管J型管领(J-collar)的防腐。本文的研究内容和评价方法对于评估深海用环氧涂料,建立相关技术标准有一定的参考价值。Solvent-free epoxy coatings had the characteristics of simple construction andexcellent anti-corrosion performance.At present,there was no uniform identification standardfor anti-corrosion of epoxy coatings in deep-sea environment.By referring to the evaluationmethod of fusion bonded epoxy(FBE)powder coatings and analyzing the working conditions,solvent-free epoxy coatings were studied through measuring the impact resistance,porosity,bending,wet adhesion,cathodic disbonding and deep-sea applicability.The results showedthat the properties of the coating met the requirements of deep-sea environment.The coatingcould bring application benefit for special pipes and irregular parts of subsea productionfacilities.In addition,it had been successfully applied to anti-corrosion of J-collar of subseapipelines in South China Sea deep-water gas fields.The research and evaluation methods ofepoxy coatings in deep sea environment had good certain reference value for establishingrelevant technical standards.
