摘　　要：2013年以来,按照国家机构改革的统一部署,妇幼保健机构和计划生育服务机构进行了整合,妇幼保健工作也从传统的以保健为主向临床与保健并举转型。近年来,阜阳市卫生健康委连续邀请安徽省妇幼保健协会所辖9个区县(含阜阳市)的妇幼保健工作开展了绩效考核。其中,对运行效率等指标的考核体现了机构的财务管理水平。文章结合考核结果和调研中发现的问题,就加强妇幼保健服务机构的财务管理工作提出了改进建议。Since 2013,in accordance with the unified deployment of the reform of national institutions,maternal and child health care institutions and family planning service institutions have been integrated,and maternal and child health care has also transformed from the traditional health care to clinical and health care.In recent years,the Fuyang Municipal Health Commission has continuously invited the performance appraisal of maternal and child health care in 9 districts and counties(including Fuyang City)under the jurisdiction of the Anhui Provincial Maternal and Child Health Association.Among them,the assessment of indicators such as operational efficiency reflects the financial management level of the institution.Combining the assessment results and the problems found in the survey,the article puts forward suggestions for improving the financial management of maternal and child health care service institutions.
