摘  要:聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)是一种半结晶性材料,聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种非结晶性材料,通过将PBT与PC共混可以得到兼具二者优点的PBT/PC合金。按照色粉的有无、PC的含量及黏度,通过熔融共混法制备得到玻纤增强PBT/PC合金,以研究其结晶行为。利用差示扫描量热法研究了合金在不同降温速率下的结晶过程,并使用Jeziorny法和莫志深法分析了PBT/PC合金的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,20份PC添加相对10份PC添加的样品抑制了PBT材料的结晶,使结晶度降低5%左右,在10份PC添加时,PC黏度对于PBT材料的结晶行为影响差别不大,20份PC添加时低黏度的PC会比高黏度PC进一步抑制PBT材料的结晶性,色粉的加入会对PBT/PC合金的结晶起到促进作用,缩短材料的结晶时间,相同降温速率下可使半结晶时间缩短约0.3 min,有利于加工成型,提高生产效率。Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)is a semi-crystalline material and polycarbonate(PC)is a non-crystalline material.By blending PBT with PC,PBT/PC alloys with the advantages of both can be obtained.Glass fiber reinforced PBT/PC alloys were prepared by melt blending method according to the presence or absence of color powder and PC content and viscosity,and their crystallization behavior was studied.The crystallization of alloys at different cooling rates was studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PBT/PC alloys were analyzed using Jeziorny’s method and Mo’s method.The results show that 20 parts PC addition inhibites the crystallization of PBT relative to 10 parts PC addition of the sample,which reduces the crystallinity by about 5%.The effect of PC viscosity on the crystallization behavior of PBT materials do not differ significantly at 10 parts PC additions.20 parts PC added with low viscosity PC will further inhibit the crystallinity of PBT material than high viscosity PC.The addition of color powder will promote the crystallization of PBT/PC alloy and shorten the crystallization time of the material.The same cooling rate can shorten the semi-crystallization time by about 0.3 min,which is conducive to processing and molding and improve the production efficiency.
