摘 要:为进一步提高芳纶纸抗张性能评价的可靠性和一致性,对芳纶纸抗张性能测试过程中的影响因素进行分析和实验研究。以某规格为2 mil和1.5 mil的两种国产间位芳纶纸作为试验对象,分析测试标准及测试过程,主要考虑试样宽度、夹距长度和加载速率为抗张强度和断裂伸长率测试过程中的主要影响因素。对三个影响因素进行正交试验设计和方差分析,得到影响芳纶纸抗张强度和断裂伸长率测试的主要因素并确定最佳测试条件。结果表明,加载速率的变化对两种国产芳纶纸的抗张强度均有较显著的影响,夹距长度的变化对2 mil国产芳纶纸的断裂伸长率有较显著的影响。改变测试条件时2 mil芳纶纸的抗张强度和断裂伸长率变化较1.5 mil芳纶纸更显著。最佳测试条件为试样宽度15 mm、夹距长度180 mm、加载速率25 mm/min。In order to improve the reliability and consistency of tensile property evaluation of aramid paper,the influencing factors for tensile property were studied and analysed.The tensile strengths for 2 mil and 1.5 mil domestic meta-aramid paper were tested.The main influencing factors of sample width,clamp distance length and loading rate were considered.The orthogonal tests were conducted and variance was analysed.The main influencing factors for tensile strength and elongation were found.The results indicate that tensile strengths are mainly influenced by loading rate for both aramid papers and the elongation for 2 mil aramid paper is significantly influenced by clamp distance length.The 2 mil aramid paper is more sensitive to 1.5 mil aramid paper with the variation of sample width,clamp distance length and loading rate.The results show that the optimum condition for tensile strength and elongation evaluation of aramid paper is 15 mm sample width,180 mm clamp distance length and 25 mm/min loading rate.
