摘  要:综述了近年来国内外聚甲醛(POM)结晶改性方面的研究与应用进展,阐述了结晶改性的多种方法及其原理,详细介绍了无机成核剂、有机成核剂、金属类成核剂和复合成核剂对POM的结晶动力学参数、结晶度、结晶速率、球晶尺寸等结晶性能和缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度等力学性能的影响,简述了结晶抑制剂、调整加工工艺在结晶改性方面的研究现状。最后对POM结晶改性的研究方向提出了一些建议。This research review introduced the research and application progress of crystalline modification of polyoxymethylene(POM)worldwide in recent years.Various methods and principles of crystalline modification of POM has been expounded.The effects of inorganic nucleating agents,organic nucleating agents,metal nucleating agents and composite nucleating agents on the crystallization kinetics parameters,crystallinity,crystallization rate,spherulite size and other mechanical properties of POM,such as notch impact strength and tensile strength,have been illustrated in detail.The research progress of crystal inhibitor and processing adjustment methods in crystal modification of POM have been briefly described.Finally,some suggestions on the research direction of POM crystallization modification are discussed.
