摘　　要：张虹教授运用针灸治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效确切、经验颇丰,具体包括:诊断重视西医病因;辨证重视脏腑、经络并参,认为动眼神经麻痹在本为脾、肾、肝虚损,在标为内外风侵袭眼络而经气失衡;治疗上取担截相配之法,通调经气,辅以灸补中焦,标本兼顾;针刺手法上独创缓押进针法,简便安全,适用于眼周穴位操作,保障气至有效。Professor Zhang Hong has plenty of effective clinical practice in the treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis,she enphasizes the etiology of wstern medicine and Zang Fu organs and meridians in syndrome differentiation in diagnosis;In her consideration,oculomotor nerve paralysis has the deficiency of Spleen,Kidney and Liver inside and the imbalance of Qi in meridians outside which caused by internal and external Wind invading the eye collaterals.In treatment,Dan Jie is used to balance the Qi of meridians and moxibustion is used to replenish the middle Jiao to dispel Evil and strengthen health,which giving consideration to both incidental and fundamental.The manipulation of Huan Ya,which is created by professor Zhang,is simple and safe to use.It is suitable for the operation of acupoints around the eyes to ensure De Qi.
