摘  要:空心板结构长大桥梁常采用简支转连续结构,由于施工时负弯矩束张拉控制应力不准确、混凝土浇注质量差、环境作用等原因,易造成空心板墩顶附近底板产生受拉裂缝,带裂缝运行会影响桥梁使用安全性、缩短桥梁使用寿命,常规加固手段很难改变空心板墩顶连续段区域应力状态。以一座简支转连续结构空心板桥梁为例,分析了裂缝病害产生的原因,为改变空心板墩顶连续区域受拉开裂状态,采用张拉预应力碳纤维板加固方法,加固效果良好,实践证明该方法达到维修加固的目的。The simply-supported to continuous structure is often adopted for the long bridge with hollow slab.Due to inaccurate negative moment beam tension control stress during the construction,poor concrete pouring quality,environmental effects and other reasons,it is easy to cause tensile cracks in the bottom slab near the top of hollow slab pier,and the operation with cracks will affect the safety of the bridge and shorten the service life of the bridge.Conventional reinforcement methods are difficult to change the stress state of the continuous section of the top of hollow slab pier.Taking a simply-supported to continuous hollow slab bridge as the example,in order to change the tensile crack state of the continuous area at the top of the hollow slab pier,the causes of the crack disease are analyzed,and the reinforcement method of the tensioning prestressed carbon fiber plate is adopted,which has good reinforcement effect.Practice has proved that this method can achieve the goal of maintenance and reinforcement.
