摘　　要：为研究Evoflex再生剂对厂拌热再生工艺中沥青流变性能的影响,分别制备添加22%RAP老化沥青和添加30%RAP老化沥青(掺Evoflex)的再生沥青试样,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)分析了抗车辙因子、弯曲蠕变劲度和蠕变速率、多重应力恢复蠕变(MSCR)和Glover/Rowe流变特性,结果表明:Evoflex再生剂对再生沥青的低温流变和疲劳流变均有明显的改善作用,但一定程度降低了再生沥青的高温流变性能。此外,再生沥青混合料的路用性能试验结果表明:Evoflex再生剂对沥青混合料的水稳定性和低温抗裂性能有明显改善,但对高温抗车辙性能有一定程度的降低。In order to study the effect of Evoflex regenerant on the rheological properties of asphalt in the plant-mixed hot recycling process,the recycled asphalt samples with 22%RAP aging asphalt and 30%RAP aging asphalt(Evoflex)are prepared respectively.The dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR)are used to analyze the rut resistance factor,bending creep stiffness and creep rate,multiple stress recovery creep(MSCR)and Glover/Rowe rheological properties.The results show that:Evoflex regenerant can significantly improve the low temperature rheology and fatigue rheology of recycled asphalt,but reduce the high temperature rheological properties of recycled asphalt to a certain extent.In addition,the road performance test results of recycled asphalt mixture show that:Evoflex regenerant can significantly improve the water stability and low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture,but reduce the high temperature rut resistance to a certain extent.
