摘 要:利用两种土壤改良剂(生物炭和玛塔),通过室内模拟试验评估添加量和修复效果,选择玛塔进行室外盆栽试验,研究其对酸化茶园土壤的改良效果.结果表明,室内培养60 d后,添加土壤改良剂后酸化土壤的pH均显著升高,升高幅度随添加量增加而升高.添加生物炭处理的土壤pH上升0.17~0.38,添加玛塔处理的土壤pH上升0.68~2.20.生物炭显著降低了土壤的交换性总酸、交换性铝含量,并显著提升了土壤有机质含量;玛塔显著降低了土壤的交换性总酸、交换性铝、交换性H+含量.室外盆栽试验结果表明,添加玛塔提高了土壤pH,且增加了茶苗鲜质量、干质量、叶绿素含量和叶面氮含量.总之,玛塔可以快速提升土壤pH且维持较长时间,可作为茶园酸化土壤修复材料.Remediation effects of soil amendments, biochar and mata applied at various rates, were evaluated through laboratory simulation, and then mata was selected for outdoor pot culture to study its remediation effect on acidified tea plantation soil. The results showed that the pH of acidified soil increased significantly with the application rates of the amendments after 60 days laboratory simulation, whose pH were up by 0.17~0.38 and 0.68~2.20 in biochar and mata treatment, respectively. Biochar significantly reduced the exchangeable total acid and exchangeable aluminum in soil, and significantly lifted the soil organic matter content. And mata significantly reduced the exchangeable total acid, exchangeable aluminum and exchangeable H+. Outdoor pot culture showed that mata contributed to higher soil pH, fresh and dry weights of tea seedling, chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen content. In conclusion, mata can rapidly increase and maintain soil pH for a period, which can be used to remediate acidified tea plantation soil.
