摘 要:建立了一种基于超分子溶剂的涡旋辅助液液微萃取和高效液相色谱联用法检测罗丹明B和柯衣定。使用六氟异丙醇和芳樟醇制备超分子溶剂,并研究了其相行为和相率。将六氟异丙醇加入到芳樟醇水溶液中,形成超分子溶剂且密度大于水。在最优萃取条件下,六氟异丙醇/芳樟醇超分子溶剂对罗丹明B和柯衣定的线性范围为5~1000μg/L,检出限在1.3~1.5μg/L之间,定量限在4.5~5.0μg/L之间,日内、日间相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.2%。方法用于检测环境水样和饮料中的罗丹明B和柯衣定,回收率为84.4%~109.1%,RSD在0.5%~7.6%之间。A supramolecular solvent based vortex-assisted liquid-liquid microextraction method coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector was developed for the determination of Rhodamine B and Chrysoidine.Supramolecular solvents were prepared using hexafluoroisopropanol and linalool,and their phase behavior and phase ratio were investigated.When the hxafluoroisopropanol was added to the linalool solution,a supramolecular solvent with a density higher than that of water can be obtained simultaneously.Under the optimized extraction conditions,limits of detection and limits of quantification in the range of 5-1000μg/L were 1.3-1.5μg/L and 4.5-5.0μg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)of inter-day and intraday were less than 5.2%.The developed method was applied to determine Rhodamine B and Chrysoidine in environmental water and beverages,the recoveries were between 84.4%and 109.1%,with the RSDs of 0.5%-7.6%.
