摘  要:作为世界科技馆的先行者之一,美国探索馆自主研发了大量广受欢迎的展品。探索馆拥有一群多元、自由、爱玩的设计研发人员,通过项目制组建团队,并充分发挥科学家和艺术家的作用;活跃的头脑风暴工作法、开放的展品研发车间、全链条的运行管理模式则为展品创新提供了有力保障;展品研发由前期研究、原型设计、工程设计、加工制作、安装调试与完善五个阶段构成,但主要精力和经费投入在前两个阶段。以上研究发现为我国科技馆展品研发的团队建设、工作流程、评估反馈等方面提供借鉴与启示。As one of the pioneers in the field of science and technology museums in the world, the exhibits independently developed by the Exploratorium have garnered great acclaim. The Exploratorium has a group of diverse,free-spirited and fun-loving exhibit designers,who work as a team through the project-based system and make full use of the role of scientists and artists. The active brainstorming work method,the open exhibit R&D workshop and the whole-chain operation and management mode provide a strong guarantee for exhibit innovation. The development of exhibits consists of five stages: preliminary research , prototype design, engineering design, processing and production, installation, commissioning and improvement,but the main efforts and funds are invested in the first two stages. The above findings provide reference and inspiration for the team building, work process, evaluation and feedback of exhibit development in China's science and technology museums.
