摘 要:针对某焦化厂焦化废水经生化+Fenton氧化处理后的出水可生化性差、COD及电导率高的特点,设计了“多介质过滤+活性炭吸附+超滤(UF)+反渗透(RO)+电渗析(ED)”组合回用处理工艺对废水进行处理。运行结果表明,活性炭吸附塔可有效去除Fenton氧化后废水中的COD,COD去除率达到30%~50%;经过多介质过滤器、活性炭吸附塔、超滤后,反渗透产水率可达到82%,脱盐率大于98%;电渗析装置可有效去除RO浓水含盐量,脱盐率约65%,产水率约55%。经组合回用处理工艺处理后的焦化废水回收率可稳定达到92%以上,产水水质优于《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB 50050—2017)中再生水水质指标要求,可作为厂区循环冷却水补充水使用。成本分析表明,该工艺吨水运行成本约4.63元,具有较好的经济性。The effluent of the coking wastewater after treated by biochemical and Fenton oxidation had the characteristics of poor biodegradability,high COD and conductivity.The combined process“multi-medium filtration+GAC adsorption+ultrafiltration(UF)+reverse osmosis(RO)+electrodialysis(ED)”had been applied for the reuse treatment of coking wastewater.The operation results showed that,COD in wastewater after treated by Fenton oxidation could be effectively removed by GAC adsorption,and the COD removal rate was 30%-50%.After treated by multimedium filtration,GAC adsorption and UF,water production rate could reach to 82%,and the desalting rate was more than 98%.Salt in concentrated water of RO could be effectively removed by ED,with desalting rate was about 65%and water production rate was about 55%.The recovery rate of coking wastewater treated by the combined reuse treatment process could reach more than 92%.The quality of the produced water was better than the requirements for the water quality of reclaimed water specified in the Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB 50050—2017)and the produced water could be used as the make-up water of the circulating water system.The cost analysis showed that the operation cost of the process per ton of water was about 4.63 yuan,which had good economy.
