妇科门诊B超下无痛人工流产术的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨妇科门诊应用经B超下的无痛人工流产术的应用价值。方法 选取98例门诊无痛人工流产术患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,每组49例。对照组采取常规无痛人工流产术,研究组采取B超下无痛人工流产术。比较两组患者的生命体征情况、围术期指标情况及术后相关并发症发生情况。结果 麻醉后,研究组麻醉15 min、麻醉30 min及术毕时平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、阴道持续流血时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率4.08%低于对照组的20.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用门诊B超下无痛人工流产术的效果满意,有助于稳定患者生命体征,优化各项围术期指标,降低术后并发症。Objective To investigate the application value of painless induced abortion by B-ultrasound in gynecological clinic.Methods 98 patients with painless induced abortion in outpatient department were selected as research objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional painless induced abortion,and the study group received painless induced abortion under B ultrasound.The vital signs,perioperative indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After anesthesia,the average arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)in the study group were lower than those in the control group 15 min,30 min and after anesthesia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time and duration of vaginal bleeding in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.08%lower than that of the control group(20.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of painless induced abortion under outpatient B-ultrasound is satisfactory,which is helpful to stabilize patients*vital signs,optimize perioperative indexes and reduce postoperative complications.
