地塞米松与胃复安联合地佐辛在人流手术中的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的分析人工流产手术(人流手术)中地佐辛分别联合地塞米松与甲氧氯普胺(胃复安)的临床效果。方法选取104例人流手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组52例。对照组术中实施地佐辛+胃复安+丙泊酚干预,研究组术中实施地佐辛+地塞米松+丙泊酚干预。对比两组干预效果。结果两组患者麻醉起效时间、丙泊酚用量、麻醉恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者呼吸抑制、注射痛、头晕头痛发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组恶心呕吐发生率1.92%显著低于对照组的13.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受人流手术患者实施地佐辛联合地塞米松镇痛能够起到良好麻醉效果,且患者术后发生恶心呕吐的几率更低,具有推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dezocine combined with dexamethasone and metoclopramide(metoclopramide)in induced abortion.Methods 104 abortion patients were divided into control group and study group,52 cases in each group.The control group received the intervention of desoxine+metoclopramide+propofol,while the study group received the intervention of desoxine+dexamethasone+propofol.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant diflerences in the onset time,dosage of propofol and recovery time of anesthesia between 2 groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of respiratory depression,injection pain,dizziness and headache between 2 groups(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the study group was 1.92%significantly lower than that in the control group 13.46%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesia of dezocine combined with dexamethasone in patients undergoing abortion surgery can play a good anesthetic effect,and the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting is lower,which has the value of popularization and application.
