穴位埋线联合补肾调经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者对其性激素、糖脂代谢的影响观察

摘　　要：目的 探析多囊卵巢综合征患者开展穴位埋线联合补肾调经汤治疗的价值。方法 选取60例多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,研究组给予穴位埋线联合补肾调经汤治疗。比较两组患者性激素、糖脂代谢水平。结果 治疗后,研究组睾酮(T)(60.97±2.56)ng/ml、促黄体生成素(LH)(7.67±1.08)mIU/ml低于对照组的(66.40±2.61)ng/ml、(10.28±1.11)mIU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后促卵泡激素(FSH)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对多囊卵巢综合征患者开展穴位埋线联合补肾调经汤治疗,能够有效改善患者性激素、糖脂代谢水平。Objective To explore the value of acupoint catgut embedding combined with Bushen Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,and the study group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with Bushen Tiaojing decoction.The levels of sex hormones,glucose and lipid metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,testosterone(T)(60.97±2.56)ng/ml and luteinizing hormone(LH)(7.67±1.08)mIU/ml in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with Bushen Tiaojing decoction can effectively improve the level of sex hormone,glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
