“4C”延续护理方案对妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇情绪、满意度及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究“4C”延续护理方案对妊娠期高血压孕妇疾病情绪、满意度及分娩结局的影响。方法 选取35例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇,依据入院顺序分为对照组(17例)与观察组(18例)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展“4C”延续护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理前,两组孕妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组不良分娩结局发生率0低于对照组的29.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组护理满意度评分(91.48±2.82)分高于对照组的(75.44±3.69)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.500,P<0.05)。结论 “4C”延续护理方案可有效改善妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇的负面情绪,减少不良分娩结局的发生,提升孕妇满意度,值得推广。Objective To study the effects of“4C”extended nursing program on mood,satisfaction and delivery outcome of pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methods 35 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were divided into control group(17 cases)and observation group(18 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received"4C"continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of adverse deliveiy outcomes in the observation group was 0 lower than that in the control group(29.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group(91.48±2.82)points was higher than that of the control group(75.44±3.69)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.500,P<0.05).Conclusion"4C"continuous nursing program can effectively improve the negative emotions of pregnant women with gestational hypertension,reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes,improve the satisfaction of pregnant women,it is worth promoting.
