持续健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究持续健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取76例妊娠期糖尿病视网膜病变患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取持续健康教育。对比两组患者干预前后的自我管理水平和视力恢复情况。结果干预前,两组患者自我管理能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者自我管理能力评分均提升,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者视力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1、3、6个月,两组患者的视力均提升,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病视网膜病变患者护理中采用持续健康教育,可有效提升患者的自我管理水平,促进视力恢复,有利于临床效果的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous health education in nursing care of patients with gestational diabetic retinopathy.Methods 76 patients with gestational diabetic retinopathy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous health education based on the control group.The self^management level and visual recovery before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-management ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of self1 management ability in both groups were improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of intervention,the visual acuity of both groups improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous health education in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the level of self^management of patients,promote visual recovery,and promote the clinical effect.
