优质护理对宫颈癌化疗患者术后临床指标与生存质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析宫颈癌化疗患者护理干预中优质护理的应用价值。方法选取98例化疗的宫颈癌患者,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,每组49例。观察组患者实施优质护理,对照组患者实施常规护理。对比两组护理效果。结果干预前,两组患者癌因性疲乏量表(CRF)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者CRF评分(25.59±5.27)分、PSQI评分(7.26±2.16)分均明显低于对照组的(38.63±8.73),(11.98±3.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者生存质量各维度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对化疗的宫颈癌患者实施优质护理能够在很大程度上缓解患者疲累感,提升患者睡眠质量及生存质量,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of high quality nursing in nursing intervention of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy.Methods 98 patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received high quality nursing,and patients in the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in cancer induced fatigue scale(CRF)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)score(P>0.05),After intervention,CRF score(25.59+5.27)and PSQI score(7.26±2.16)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(38.63±8.73)and control group(11.98±3.25),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing for cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can alleviate fatigue,improve sleep quality and life quality of patients to a large extent,and has clinical application value.
