摘　　要：目的:观察复合凝乳酶胶囊联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗功能性消化不良患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年6月至2022年6月该院收治的138例功能性消化不良患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各69例。对照组给予四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后胃动力学指标[胃窦收缩频率(ACF)、胃窦收缩幅度(ACA)、胃窦运动指数(MI)]水平、血清学指标[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、一氧化氮(NO)、胃泌素(GAS)]水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的85.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组ACF、ACA及MI水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组5-HT、NO水平均低于对照组,GAS水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论:复合凝乳酶胶囊联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗功能性消化不良患儿,可提高临床疗效,改善患儿胃动力学指标、血清学指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,其效果优于单纯双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Gastropylor complex capsules combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 138 children with functional dyspepsia admitted to this hospital from June 2021 to June 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,69cases in each.The control group was treated with quadruple live tablets,while the observation group was treated with Gastropylor complex capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the gastric motility index levels[antral contraction frequency(ACF),antral contraction amplitude(ACA),antral motility index(MI)],the serological index levels[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),nitric oxide(NO),gastrin(GAS)],the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 85.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ACF,ACA and MI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of 5-HT and NO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of GAS was higher than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),The levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusions:Gastropylor complex capsules combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of the children with functional dyspepsia can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the levels of gastric motility and th
