摘  要:目的:比较Foley尿管低位小水囊与小剂量米索前列醇在足月妊娠孕妇引产中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月该院收治的41例行小剂量米索前列醇引产的足月妊娠孕妇为对照组,另选取2020年3月至2021年2月该院收治的41例行Foley尿管低位小水囊引产的足月妊娠孕妇为研究组。比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩情况、新生儿结局和不良反应发生率。结果:两组促宫颈成熟效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组临产开始时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿体质量、新生儿5 min Apgar评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Foley尿管低位小水囊应用于足月妊娠孕妇引产中可提高阴道分娩率,降低不良反应发生率,其效果优于小剂量米索前列醇。Objective: To compare application effects of Foley catheter low small water sac and low-dose Misoprostol in induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods: 41 full-term pregnant women who underwent low-dose Misoprostol induced labor in the hospital from February 2019to February 2020 were selected as control group, and 41 full-term pregnant women who underwent Foley catheter low small water sac inducted labor in the hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as study group. The cervical ripening, the delivery conditions, the neonatal outcome,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the cervical ripening between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the start time of labor between the two groups(P>0.05). The vaginal delivery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in neonatal body mass and 5-minute Apgar score(P>0.05). Further, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: The Foley catheter low small water sac in induced labor of full-term pregnancy can improve the rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Moreover, it is superior to low-dose Misoprostol.
