摘  要:目的:分析血清肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、胱抑素C(CysC)、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平与新生儿窒息继发急性肾损伤(AKI)的相关性。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年9月该院收治的80例窒息新生儿为观察组,另取同期于该院出生的80名健康新生儿为对照组,比较两组血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平;依据是否继发AKI将观察组分为AKI组、非AKI组,比较AKI组与非AKI组血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平;采用Pearson相关性分析血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平与新生儿窒息继发AKI的相关性。结果:观察组血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AKI组血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平均高于非AKI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平与新生儿窒息继发AKI均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:窒息新生儿血清KIM-1、CysC和尿RBP水平均升高,且与新生儿窒息继发AKI均呈正相关。Objective: To analyze correlation between serum kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1), cystatin C(CysC), urinary retinol binding protein(RBP) levels and acute kidney injury(AKI) secondary to neonatal asphyxia was analyzed. Methods: 80 asphyxiated newborns admitted to this hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as observation group, and 80 healthy newborns born in this hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP levels were compared between the two groups. The observation group was divided into AKI group and non-AKI group according to whether secondary AKI occurred. The serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP levels were compared between the AKI group and the non-AKI group. The correlations among the serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP levels and AKI secondary to neonatal asphyxia were analyzed. Results: The levels of serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP in the AKI group were higher than those in the non-AKI group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP levels were positively correlated with AKI secondary to neonatal asphyxia(P<0.05). Conclusions: The levels of serum KIM-1, CysC and urinary RBP in the neonates with asphyxia increase, and are positively correlated with AKI secondary to neonatal asphyxia.
