摘　　要：坚持农业农村优先发展、加快推进农业农村现代化是解决当前我国社会主要矛盾、建设农业强国的必然要求,也是新发展阶段全面推进社会主义现代化强国建设的关键环节。新中国成立以来,我国不断探索中国式农业农村现代化道路,从生产关系变革到现代农业经济体系重塑,从全面进行乡村改造到深入实施乡村振兴,中国式农业农村现代化在不同体制条件下不断演进,其基本逻辑在于动力塑造中对个体与组织、政府与市场关系的深邃思考和不断调整。在新发展阶段,中国式农业农村现代化需要进一步考虑农业农村发展的主体动力、资源注入、市场联结等问题,从国家经济社会发展的整体布局出发,形成农业农村现代化发展的内在激励和不竭动力。Adhering to put the agricultural and rural development first and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas are the inevitable requirements for solving the current major social contradictions and building up China’s strength in agriculture,and also the key link for comprehensively promoting the construction of a socialist modernization power in the new development stage.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China has continuously explored the path of Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization,from the transformation of production relations to the remodeling of modern agricultural economic system,from the comprehensive rural transformation to the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization,the Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization has been evolving under different institutional conditions,and its basic logic lies in the profound thinking and constant adjustment of the relationship between individuals and organizations or the government and the market to shape dynamic mechanism.In the new development stage,the Chinese agricultural and rural modernization needs to further consider the main driving force,resource injection,market connection and other issues.Its internal motivation and inexhaustible driving force should be formed from the overall layout of the country’s economic and social development.
