摘　　要：目的了解南宁市城区医保定点药店资源配置空间分布特征与公平性现况,为南宁市合理规划医保定点药店资源提供参考依据。方法运用洛伦兹曲线与基尼系数以及计算各城区相对协调发展值等方法,从人口和地理两个维度分析南宁市城区医保定点药店配置公平性及变化趋势。结果南宁市城区医保定点药店数量呈增长趋势,2021年比2019年新增511家,基尼系数与洛伦兹曲线呈现的公平性有所提升,按人口分布从0.22提升到0.14,按地理分布从0.44提升到0.39,但各区域间发展水平仍存在较大差距。最邻近指数均<1,医保定点药店空间分布属典型的聚集模式,核密度分析结果呈“中部多四周少”的空间分布特点。结论南宁市城区医保定点药店资源配置公平性存在区域差异,应给予薄弱地区适当的政策扶持,优化区域医保定点药店配置。Objective To understand the characteristics of the spatial distribution and the current situation of equity in the resource allocation of medical insurance designated pharmacies in urban areas of Nanning,and to provide reference basis for the rational planning of medical insurance designated pharmacies resources in Nanning.Methods Using the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient and calculating the relative-coordinated-development value of each area,we analyzed the equity and the trend of the resource allocation of medical insurance designated pharmacies in urban areas of Nanning from two dimensions:population and geography.Results The number of designated pharmacies in Nanning’s urban medical insurance showed an increasing trend,with 511 more pharmacies in 2021 than in 2019,and the fairness of Gini coefficient and Lorentz curve improved,from 0.22 to 0.14 according to population distribution and from 0.44 to 0.39 according to geographical distribution,but there is still a big gap between regions.The nearest proximity index was less than 1,and the spatial distribution of medical insurance designated pharmacies was a typical aggregation pattern,and the kernel density analysis results showed the spatial distribution characteristic is“more in the middle and less around”.Conclusion There are regional differences in the equity of the resource allocation of medical insurance designated pharmacies in urban areas of Nanning.Appropriate policy support should be given to weak areas.Improve and optimize the resource allocation of regional medical insurance designated pharmacies.
