运用SWOT分析法提升基层医院党支部规范化建设策略

摘　　要：加强夯实基层医院党支部规范化建设,确保党建引领业务落到实处是公立医院改革的必然要求,也是新时代推动全面从严治党向基层“最后一公里”延伸的必然要求,对提升基层医院的整体医疗服务效率和高质量发展具有重要意义。文章运用SWOT建模分析法,明晰了当前基层医院党支部开展工作所面临的优势与劣势、机会与威胁,并围绕组织、班子、队伍、活动、制度、保障等要素提出建设对策,以新担当、新作为开创新时代基层医院党支部建设提供解决思路和方法,是一个可供借鉴的新视角。It is an inevitable requirement for public hospital reform to consolidate the standardized construction of CPC branches in primary hospitals,ensure that business is conducted under CPC and follow the rule of CPC governance in all aspects in the New Era.It is of great significance for the overall efficiency and quality of medical services.This article uses the SWOT modeling analysis method to clarify the current strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the Party branch of the primary hospitals,and puts forward construction countermeasures based on organization,management,team,activity,system,guarantee and other elements,and shoulders the new responsibility and new action to provide methods for primary hospital Party branch construction in the New Era.It is a new perspective that can be used for reference.
