医科高校附属医院研究生党建与业务工作相融合的机制探索

摘　　要：研究生教育是培养未来高层次人才的最高国民教育形式,高校必须坚持为党育人、为国育才的目标,以立德树人为根本任务,坚持党的全面领导,将建设高质量的学生党建工作作为高校各项工作高质量发展的内生动力。文章以昆明某医科高校附属医院研究生党建工作为例,通过现状调查、根因分析、个人访谈深入阐释了研究生党建工作现状、工作中存在的难点和痛点,结合研究生思想政治教育和学位教育的特点,从建立网格化的组织构架、党支部书记“双带头人”选育、信息化手段助力党建等方面为新形势下研究生党建与业务工作相融合提供方法和路径,为创建高校附属医院研究生党建工作新机制提供参考。Graduate education is the highest form of national education to cultivate future high-level talents.Colleges and universities adhere to the goal of educating people for the Party and the country,to establish moral education as the fundamental task,adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,the construction of high quality student Party construction work is one of the endogenous power of high quality development of each work in colleges and universities.Taking the Party building work of postgraduates in affiliated hospitals of medical universities as an example,this paper thoroughly explained the current situation of Party building work of postgraduates and the difficulties and pain points in the work through the status investigation,root cause analysis and personal interview.Combined with the characteristics of ideological and political education and degree education of postgraduates,this paper provides methods and paths for the integration of Party building and business work for graduate students under the new situation from the aspects of establishing a grid organizational framework,selecting and educating Party branch secretaries,and smart Party building,and provides a reference for creating a new pattern of Party building for graduate students.
