同心圆文化在医院机关党建管理中的实践

摘　　要：同心圆文化模型构建了整个单位的文化网络,文化触角伸展到单位的各个部门、层级和各个流程。通过提炼打造同心圆文化支部工作法,促进党建与业务的深度融合,促进党组织与群众的血肉联系,充分发挥机关各支部各职能部门在医院各项工作的指导引领作用;通过加强党组织建设、组织主题教育活动、为群众办实事、同心协力战疫情等举措,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用与支部的战斗堡垒作用,打造“同心”文化,助推医院人文医院建设,推动医院的和谐发展。The concentric circle culture model constructs the cultural network of the whole hospital administration,and the cultural tentacles extend to each departments,each level and process.By refining and creating concentric circle cultural Party branch work method,promote the deep integration of Party construction and hospital management,promote the flesh and blood ties between Party organizations and the masses,give full play to the guiding role of Party branches and functional departments in various work in the hospital.By strengthening the Party organization construction,organizing theme education activities,providing practical things for the masses,and working together to fight the epidemic and other measures,it gives full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and the fighting fortress role of branch,to create the“concentric”culture,to boost the construction of humanistic hospital,and promote the harmonious development of the hospital.
