摘　　要：党建工作是党领导推动医疗帮扶与学科建设的指挥棒和压舱石,公立医院基层党组织是党指导医疗工作的重要战斗堡垒。大型公立医院如何强化党建在基层医疗帮扶中的核心地位,推进党建工作与学科建设的深度融合,是大型公立医院必须面对和解决的课题。广东省人民医院外科第二党支部以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,积极贯彻落实中共中央办公厅《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》,就公立医院党建工作与帮扶基层医院胃肠道肿瘤学科建设进行了探索实践,并取得了明显成效。Party building is the baton and ballast stone of the party leadership to promote medical poverty alleviation and discipline construction,and the grassroots party organization in public hospitals is the battle fortress of party guiding medical work.How to strengthen the core of Party building in grassroots medical assistance,promote the deep integration of party building and medical discipline construction in large public hospitals,is a subject that large public hospitals must face and solve.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the second Party branch of surgery department of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital actively implements the“Opinions on Strengthening the Party Building Work in Public Hospitals”issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee.The Party Building work in public hospitals and the development of gastrointestinal tumor discipline in primary hospitals have been continuous explored and practiced,and remarkable results have been achieved.
