摘　　要：新时代赋予了医院文化发展新理念、新内涵,也决定了新时代医院文化建设发展具有新趋势,文章以“新时代中国特色社会主义思想”为指导,根据新时代文化建设的要点,把握行业文化的特点,预判发展趋势,对于更好地发挥物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化的导向作用、凝聚作用、约束作用、激励作用、辐射作用等进行了探讨和思考。The new era endows the hospital culture with new ideas and new connotations,and also decides that the development of hospital culture has a new trend in the new era,according to the key points of cultural construction in the new era,we should grasp the characteristics of industry culture and predict the development trend,this paper discusses and ponders how to bring into full play the guiding,binding,encouraging and radiating functions of material culture,spiritual culture,system culture and behavior culture.
