摘　　要：目的探索精益理念下6S管理在医院质量文化建设中的应用及效果,用6S管理建设医院质量文化,助推医院高质量发展。方法通过顶层设计,构建精益理念下6S管理体系。由6S管理推进办公室负责建章立制,以点带面,最终建设以人为本、以质量为中心的医院质量文化,并进行维持和持续改进。结果精益理念下的6S管理能有效改善医院环境,优化患者就医体验,提高员工工作效率,减少医疗资源浪费,建设医院质量文化,从而推动医院高质量发展。结论精益理念下的6S管理能够结合医院特点,助推医院管理质量的有效提升,强化医院质量文化管理,提高医院竞争力。Objective Explore the application and effect of 6S management in the construction of hospital quality culture under the lean concept,build hospital quality culture with 6S management,and boost the high-quality development of hospitals.Methods Through top-level design,build 6S management system under lean concept.The 6S Management Promotion Office is responsible for establishing rules and regulations,taking points and areas as the basis,and finally building a people-oriented,quality-centered hospital quality culture,and carrying out maintenance and continuous improvement.Results 6S management under the lean concept can enhance the medical condition effectively,provide the best possible medical experience to the patient,Enhance the work efficiency of the staff,reducing medical waste,build a hospital quality culture,and thus promote the high-quality development of the hospital.Conclusion The 6S management under the lean concept can combine the characteristics of the hospital,promote the effective improvement of the hospital management quality,strengthen the hospital quality culture management,and improve the competitiveness of the hospital.
