摘　　要：目的探索建立现代医院管理制度下医院经济合同管理模式,为促进公立医院高质量发展提供有力保障。方法以北京市某三级综合医院为例,梳理分析近十年来医院经济合同管理情况,开展经济合同管理模式的理论研究及实践探索。结果通过建立一系列合同管理、审核、监管、评估机制,推动了医院规范化管理,提高了合同管理效率,降低了合同管理风险。结论合同管理是现代医院管理制度建立的一个重要组成部分,对于完善医院内控管理机制、提高医院运营效率、保障医院合法权益具有重要作用。Objective To explore and establish the hospital economic contract management mode under the modern hospital management system,so as to provide a strong guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods Taking a tertiary general hospital in Beijing as an example,the situation of hospital economic contract management in recent ten years was analyzed,and the theoretical research and practical exploration of economic contract management mode were carried out.Results By establishing a series of contract management,review,supervision and evaluation mechanisms,the standardized management of the hospital was promoted,the efficiency of contract management was improved,and the risk of contract management was reduced.Conclusion Contract management is an important part of the establishment of modern hospital management system,which plays an important role in improving the internal control and management mechanism of the hospital,improving the efficiency of hospital operation,and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the hospital.
