三级口腔专科医疗机构智慧医院建设现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解三级口腔专科医疗机构智慧医院建设现状,为推进信息化建设提供数据支持。方法对43家三级口腔专科医院进行问卷调查,了解其智慧医院分级评估情况和相关信息系统应用现状。结果43家三级口腔专科医院的临床业务信息系统、患者就诊管理与服务信息系统和医院管理与保障信息系统的整体应用较为广泛。电子病历系统应用水平分级参评率和平均分级分别为86.05%和3.50;智慧服务分级评估参评率和平均分级分别为39.53%和1.29;智慧管理分级评估参评率和平均分级分别为23.26%和1.30。医院信息化建设主要受限于缺乏人力、资金和相关技术或产品的支持。结论三级口腔专科医院已经初步具备智慧医院的对应功能,建设成效初显,未来应进一步加强顶层设计,在多要素保障下持续推进电子病历、智慧服务、智慧管理“三位一体”的智慧医院建设。Objective To understand the current situation of smart hospital construction in tertiary Stomatological Hospitals,so as to provide data support and evidence for promoting the information construction of hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 43 tertiary stomatological hospitals to investigate their application status of information system and classification evaluation of smart hospital.Results A total of 43 tertiary stomatological hospitals participated in the survey.The overall overall applications of information systems was wide.The participation rate and average grading of the electronic medical record system application level were 86.05%and 3.50,respectively;the participation rate and average grading of the smart service grading assessment were 39.53%and 1.29,respectively;the participation rate and average grading of the smart management grading assessment were 23.26%and 1.30,respectively.The main obstacle is the lack of human,financial and technical support.Conclusion The tertiary stomatology hospital has basically had the function of a smart hospital,and the construction effect is beginning to show.In the future,the top-level design should be further strengthened,and the construction of smart hospitals should continue to be promoted under the guarantee of multiple factors.
