摘　　要：目的解析与追踪近10年来国际上健康焦虑的研究热点与趋势。方法筛选Web of Science核心合集中2011年1月—2021年12月健康焦虑的相关英文文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果筛选出963篇有效文献,近10年健康焦虑研究的相关文献发文量呈总体上升趋势,美国是发文量最多的国家,《焦虑障碍杂志》是发文量最多的期刊,Witthoft M是该研究领域最活跃的作者,与健康焦虑研究最紧密的学科领域为心理学和社会科学。健康焦虑的研究热点主要包括认知行为疗法、网络疑病症、COVID-19、焦虑敏感性、疑病症、躯体形式障碍以及注意力偏向等方面。结论本研究借助可视化研究工具,揭示了健康焦虑研究领域的热点、前沿及发展趋势,以期为今后健康焦虑的研究提供方向与参考。Objective To analyze and track the research hotspots and trends of health anxiety in the past 10 years.Methods The relevant English literatures on health anxiety from January 2011 to December 2021 in the Web of Science core database were screened,and the CiteSpace software was used to perform visual analysis.Results A total of 963 effective literatures were included,the number of publications showed an overall upward trend in the past 10 years.The United States is the country with the most publications,the Journal of Anxiety Disorders is the most published journal,and Witthoft M is the most active author in this field of research.The disciplines most closely related to health anxiety research are psychology and social sciences.The top three mediatorship centrality rankings for keywords are quality of life,anxiety,and therapy.The research hotspots of health anxiety mainly include cognitive behavior therapy,cyberchondria,covid-19,anxiety sensitivity,hypochondriasis,somatoform disorder,and attention bias.Conclusion With the help of visual research tools,this study revealed the hot spots,frontiers and development trends in the research field of health anxiety,in order to provide directions and references for future research on health anxiety.
