摘　　要：目的了解赣州市布鲁氏菌病发病趋势与特点,调查重点人群及牛、羊等动物种群布病感染情况,为赣州市布病防控策略的制定提供科学依据。方法分析2013—2021年国家传染病报告信息管理系统布病病例资料;2015—2021年选择与牲畜及畜产品接触的相关重点职业人群100余人,2021年选择动物牛200头作为监测对象,采集静脉血3~5 mL进行检测。结果2013—2021年赣州市布病病例报告发病数累计53例,年平均发病率为0.0683/10万,呈逐年上升趋势,有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.72,P<0.05);发病主要集中在春夏季,6月为发病高峰;以30~60岁年龄段为主要发病人群,占81.13%;男女性别比2.31:1,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.571,P<0.05);职业以农民为主,占56.60%。结论近年来赣州市布病病例报告呈逐年上升趋势,发病人群和职业结构存在差异,应针对以上特点,加强疾病监测,加大对群众尤其是重点职业人群的布病防病知识宣传、个人防护和饮食卫生等健康教育工作,强化医疗机构布病诊疗培训等。Objective To understand the incidence trend and characteristics of brucellosis in Ganzhou,investigate the brucellosis infection of key populations and animal populations such as cattle and sheep,and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of brucellosis prevention and control strategies in Ganzhou.Methods Analyzed brucellosis case data from the National Infectious Disease Reporting Information Management System from 2013 to 2021;selected more than 100 key occupational groups in contact with livestock and livestock products from 2015 to 2021,and selected 200 animal cattle as monitoring objects in 2021,3~5 mL of venous blood was tested.Results From 2013 to 2021,a total of 53 cases of brucellosis were reported in Ganzhou,with an average annual incidence rate of 0.0683/100000,showing an upward trend year by year,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=13.72,P<0.05);the incidence was mainly concentrated in spring and summer,June was the peak incidence;the age group of 30-60 years was the main incidence group,accounting for 81.13%;the sex ratio of male to female was 2.31∶1,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.571,P<0.05);the occupation was mainly farmers,accounting for 56.60%.Conclusion In recent years,the report of brucellosis cases in Ganzhou City has been on the rise year by year.There are differences between the affected population and the occupational structure.In view of the above characteristics,we should strengthen disease monitoring,increase the publicity of brucellosis prevention knowledge,personal protection,food hygiene and other health education for the masses,especially the key occupational groups,and strengthen the training of medical institutions for diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis.
