摘　　要：选取上海市M医院血液肿瘤科作为调研区域,通过实地问卷调查、深度访谈等方式开展调查,从全人健康视角全面分析研究医院癌症患者的需求及特点,并在此基础上梳理目前医务社工服务开展的优势与不足,从不同层面提出“需求为本”前提下社工介入临床开展整合式、常态化服务的路径优化策略与要点,以弥补当前服务开展不足,不断改进及推动医务社工服务的专业化和有效性,真正发挥其优势与服务价值为患者谋福祉。The hematology and Oncology Department of Shanghai M Hospital was selected as the research area in this paper.Through field questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the demands and characteristics of cancer patients in the hospital were comprehensively analyzed and studied from the perspective of holistic health.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of the current medical social work services were sorted out.Path optimization strategies and key points of social workers’intervention in clinical integrated and regular services under the premise of“demand-based”are proposed from different levels,so as to make up for the current service deficiencies,continuously improve and promote the specialization and effectiveness of medical social work services,and truly play its advantages and service value to seek the well-being of patients.
