摘 要:基于氯化4-(4,6-二甲氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-4-甲基吗啉(DMTMM)的活化羧基的化学特性,可在胶原肽链上的侧链羧基和氨基间通过酰胺化实现“零长度”交联。本文采用浸酸山羊皮为原料皮,探究DMTMM对皮胶原的交联改性作用以及最佳鞣制工艺。结果表明:pH值对皮革交联效果影响最大,反应时间对鞣制效果的影响最小,当原料皮在酸性溶液中鞣制时,皮胶原不会产生交联,即没有鞣制效果。结合正交试验优化结果及革坯的各项性能,确定出最佳工艺参数为:pH值为10、反应时间为6 h、DMTMM用量为5%(质量分数),此时成革的综合性能最好,其收缩温度可以达到72.5℃,各项物理机械性能都得到不同程度的提高。Based on the chemical characteristics of activating carboxyl of 4-(4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-4-methylmorpholinium chloride(DMTMM)that it can form the“zero-length”crosslinking between the carboxyl and amino groups of peptide chain by amidation.This paper studied the crosslinking modification effect of DMTMM on skin collagen and the optimal tanning process.The results show that the pH value has the greatest influence on the leather crosslinking effect,and the reaction time has the least impact on the tanning effect.When the raw material skin is tanned in the acid solution,the leather collagen does not produce the crosslinking,that is,no tanning effect.Combined with the optimization results of the orthogonal experiment and the performance of the leather billet,the best process parameters are determined:the pH value is 10,the reaction time is 6 h,and the DMTMM dosage is 5%(mass fraction).At this time,the comprehensive performance of the leather is the best,the shrinkage temperature can reach 72.5℃,and the physical and mechanical properties are improved to different degrees.
