摘  要:为制备高物性汽车座垫革,应用响应曲面法,对涂饰工艺进行优化。以涂饰工艺配方中的丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、交联剂用量为影响因素,以耐干擦性能、耐湿擦性能、耐磨耗性能、耐折牢度、粘着牢度等评价指标组成的综合性能为响应值,通过Design-Expert 13进行试验设计,对试验结果进行分析拟合,得到回归模型,利用模型分析、验证得到最佳工艺。试验结果表明,高物性汽车座垫革的最佳涂饰工艺为:丙烯酸树脂用量175 g/kg,聚氨酯树脂用量150 g/kg,交联剂用量25 g/kg,成革综合性能指标最优,满足汽车装饰用皮革标准(QB/T 2703—2020)要求。In order to prepare automobile seat leather with high physical properties,the finishing process was opti⁃mized by response surface methodology.The dosage of acrylic resin,polyurethane resin and cross-linking agent in the coating process were taken as the influencing factor,the comprehensive performance composed of dry-rubbing resist⁃ance,wet-rubbing resistance,abrasion resistance,folding fastness and adhesion fastness was taken as the response value,the experimental design was carried out by Design-Expert 13,and the experimental results were analyzed and fitted,the regression model was obtained,and the optimum process was obtained by model analysis and verification.The results show that the best finishing technology of high physical property automobile seat leather is as follows:a⁃crylic resin 175 g/kg,polyurethane resin 150 g/kg,crosslinking agent 25 g/kg,which meets the requirements of QB/T 2703-2020 for automotive upholstery leather.
