摘　　要：为了提高我国中小型皮革企业的库存管理水平,对我国中小型皮革企业的库存管理现状进行了分析。针对存在的问题,提出采用VMI模式优化库存管理的措施,旨在为我国中小型皮革企业的库存管理提供理论借鉴。In order to improve the inventory management level of small and medium-sized leather enterprises in China,the inventory management status of small and medium-sized leather enterprises in China was analyzed.In view of the existing problems,the measures of optimizing inventory management by using VMI mode were put forward,which can provide theoretical reference for the inventory management of small and medium-sized leather enterprises in China.
