摘  要:分析了目前汽车用皮革用防霉剂的现状,选用了4种符合法规要求的环保型防霉剂处理蓝湿革。通过MIC法、湿室挂片法、杀菌率法和抑菌圈法进行测试,结果表明,DCOIT对皮革上的优势霉菌抑菌效果最好,MIC值为50 mg/mL,杀菌率达到100%。经过DCOIT处理的蓝湿革,防霉剂吸附率高,其抑菌能力最强。研究内容可为应用于汽车皮革保护提供技术参考。Preliminary research was carried out on the anti-mildew treatment of automobile leather,and the current situation of the existing anti-mildew agents was analyzed.Through the MIC method,wet room hanging method,steri⁃lization rate method and inhibition zone method,the results show that DCOIT has the best bacteriostatic effect on the dominant molds on leather,the MIC value is 50 mg/mL,and the sterilization rate reaches 100%.The wet blue skin treated with DCOIT has a high adsorption rate of the antifungal agent,and its bacteriostasis is the strongest.It can provide technical reference for application in automotive leather protection.
