摘  要:为总结鞋底硬度对人体下肢生物力学指标的影响规律,选择9位男性跑步爱好者分别穿着7种不同鞋底硬度(邵氏A硬度20°、30°、40°、50°、60°、70°、80°)的运动鞋进行跑步运动,对跑步时运动人员下肢运动学、动力学指标差异进行分析。结果表明:当运动员开展跑步运动时,运动鞋厚度的增加会直接提高运动员着地时足外翻和外旋的程度,此时运动员因跑步运动受到的运动损伤威胁也随之增大。邵氏A硬度40°、50°是较为理想的鞋底硬度,为人体提供理想缓冲的同时,能够降低运动员的足部受伤风险。In order to summarize the rule of influence of sole hardness on biomechanical indexes of human lower limbs,nine male runners were selected to wear seven different sole hardness(Shore A hardness 20°,30°,40°,50°,60°,70°,80°)sports shoes for running,and the differences of lower limb kinematics and dynamics indexes of ath⁃letes during running were analyzed.The results show that when athletes run,the increase in the thickness of sports shoes will directly increase the degree of foot valgus and external rotation when athletes land,and then the threat of sports injury to athletes due to running will also increase.Shore A hardness of 40°and 50°are ideal sole hardness,which can reduce the risk of foot injury while providing ideal cushioning for human body.
