摘  要:连帮注射鞋楦应用,行业需求量巨大。但是传统连帮注射鞋楦也存在操作繁琐、成鞋质量不稳定的缺点。本文通过结构创新设计,将传统连帮注射鞋楦结构进行了全新设计。其目的在于消除鞋楦纵向振动带来的螺丝松动等系列问题。新鞋楦将鞋楦分成前后两端,楦身与支撑座之间进行了闭锁结构设计,并在楦体前掌和后身之间加入了耐磨导槽设计。There is a huge demand for the application of upper injection shoe last in the industry.However,the tra⁃ditional upper injection molding shoe last also has the disadvantages of cumbersome operation and unstable quality of finished shoes.In this paper,through structural innovation design,the traditional upper injection molding shoe last structure has been completely redesigned.The purpose is to eliminate the screw looseness and other problems caused by the longitudinal vibration of the shoe last.The new shoe last divides the shoe last into front and rear ends.A locking structure is designed between the last body and the support seat,and a wear-resistant guide groove is added between the forefoot and the back of the last body.
